Privacy Policy

PRGRS is a minimalist workout tracker. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short on purpose: we collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Account identity. If you sign up with email and password, we store your email address. If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique account identifier (and, depending on your choice, your email) from that provider.
• Your workout data. The programs, workouts, movements, weights/sets/reps, workout logs, and streak you create in the app.

That is all. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or analytics/behavioural tracking data. PRGRS contains no ads and no third-party trackers.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep you signed in.
• To store and sync your workout data across your devices so it isn't lost if you reinstall.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL hosted on AWS), protected by row-level security so only your account can read or write it, and encrypted in transit (TLS). Authentication is provided by Supabase Auth and — if you choose it — Apple or Google. These providers act as data processors on our behalf.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account inside the app. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data (programs, logs, streak). This action cannot be undone.

Children

PRGRS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the new version here.
